Il tg La7 cita poi gli avvocati dei poliziotti secondo i quali subito dopo Fakir si sarebbe scagliato contro un uomo che stava parcheggiando l’auto – questo non si vede nel video – e a quel punto gli agenti sarebbero intervenuti.

An exclusive video from Tg La7 documents the moments preceding the death of 42-year-old Abderrahim Fakir during last Sunday's police intervention. In the footage, filmed by a resident, the man is lying prone on the ground in an obvious state of confusion. Police are already at the scene and one officer tells him to stay calm. Fakir interrupts him.
Tg La7 then quotes the officers’ lawyers who say that immediately after Fakir attacked a man parking his car – this is not seen in the video – at which point the officers intervened.
