My community dug up a time capsule that the Village buried 50 years ago, July of 1976 during the country’s Bicentennial, yesterday. This is what they discovered. The entire thing was filled with groundwater and everything inside was ruined/rotted. Smooth move guys. Maybe next time, try sealing the lid. #DumbAss
