The product they are selling us is not the chatbot itself. The actual product they’re selling is freedom from cognitive and emotional discomfort. From the discomfort of learning new skills. From the discomfort of personal growth. From the discomfort of taking risks. From the discomfort of pushing past that intimidating blank page to get something written. From the discomfort of having to think about other people and consider their interests and feelings. From the discomfort of having to interact with other humans and maybe say the wrong thing sometimes. From the discomfort of leaping into the unknown.

But all the best things in life sit on the other side of discomfort. Love. Romance. Intimacy. Art. Creativity. Growth. Healing. Rising beyond our limitations. Liberating ourselves from the illusion of the ego. They all require us to push through discomfort to the treasure on the other side. An aversion to discomfort is an aversion to a fulfilling human life on this planet.

Weniger als fünf Minuten lese ich gerade Posts hier und habe die Nase schon voll, weil es nur um die dreisten, ignoranten Abzocker und Demokratiefeinde Merz, Spahn, Reiche, Prien, Trump &Co geht. Die gestrige Doku in Kulturzeit über die absolut faschistische Jugendorganisation der noafd, DeGeneration, mit dem Oberfascho Hohm, liegt mir auch noch im Magen. 😢 😢 😢 #MerzKannEsNicht #Spahn #Prien #noafd #Hohm #DeGeneration #afdVerbot

@HaWeCom@troet.cafe Miosga, Maischberger &Co sorgen aber schon mal vor und machen denen der #noafd den Hof, um einen guten Posten zu bekommen. Ob sie als Frauen außer Haus arbeiten dürfen: wer weiß. Pascal Hohm von #DeGeneration hat sicher was dagegen.

@wirsindverdi@mastodon.social Das boostere ich sehr gern. Allerdings warte ich auch darauf, dass ich die Info.boostern kann, dass sich #Gewerkschaften international zusammen geschlossen haben, um gemeinsam Aktionen gegen die große Bedrohung von Rechtsradikalismus/ Faschismus zu organisieren, so wie es #OmasGegenRechts getan haben. Das geht schließlich auch Gewerkschaften etwas an, denn die verschwinden sofort, wenn die #noafd oder gar die von #DeGeneration an die Macht kommen. Rechtsradikale tun sich international zusammen, weil sie kapiert haben, dass Einigkeit stark macht.
