One of today’s projects was to make some plum jam before the plums I picked went bad. Success! I think I knew this before but I relearned today that jam is basically sugar and pectin with fruit flavouring. #gardening #canning #fruit
Two pounds of blueberries was just not enough jam last year, so this year I got four pounds. Blueberry chamomile jam happening soon!
