Something I didn’t know about Canada: only 1/4 of Canadians get their mail delivered directly to their door. So if you live in a house and have your mail delivered to a mailbox next to your front entrance you are in the minority. In the next 5 years 4 million addresses will switch to shared mailboxes (like we apartment building residents have in the entrance lobby or like in rural areas where there’s a cluster of mailboxes when you enter town). https://www.cbc.ca/news/politics/canada-post-door-to-door-delivery-addresses-june-9.7231990 #Canada #CanadaPost

Gander Social is announcing it's staring tomorrow, #Canada Day. Trying to log in is a real pain though; access depends on #CanadaPost for location verification, which is denying everything. I am a patient soul, but it's been 30 minutes of trying; fruitless effort. #goodluck on their startup. #mastodon was much easier #gandersocial #Canadaday #newstartup
