For anyone who is attempting to claim Canadian citizenship through the December #C3 ruling, an upsetting brake has been pushed by IRCC on Saturday, for a number of people who have already obtained their certificates: in some cases, their citizenship is being suspended, and different documents demanded. Tuesday 28 April: 11,952 journeys recorded; Wednesday 29 April: 12,782 journeys

(Video posted on Bluesky indicates that refurbished and rebooted totems may not be recording 1/4 to 1/3rd of folk cycling past in busy peak periods).
