Three Good Things: 🎨I completed & got paid for my first commission in over 30 years and it feels awesome! ☺️ 🎨🎨 It cooled down enough so that my eggplant, pepper and mini tomato bushes are flowering again. 🎨🎨🎨I tried a bokeh technique with gouache and it turned out really nice! I think I’ll try it again! #3goodthings#artistsofmastodon#artist

My Mom visited me in Japan several times and so she sometimes dictates what paintings I make to post to my online printable art shop. 😁 It’s a fun arrangement. Two weeks ago she asked me to paint the Arashiyama bamboo forest, particularly the section that looks like a tunnel. This is my first attempt at it. It was challenging but lots of fun. ☺️ All of my paintings are derived from my photo archive representing almost 30 years worth of travel. Creative, are you overwhelmed? So am I. Darn near drowning, in fact. There id good news: even under it all, you can still create. FYI fellow artists! Moleskine proudly used AI to make cover designs and/or promote their products. Truly disrespectful behaviour from a company that sells creative tools to real artists. https://cjleo.com/blog/moleskine-ai-lord-of-the-rings-collection-can-only-mock/ #Moleskine #artistsofmastodon #stationery #AIslop

Things I'm excited about today. My two new 3d pens, TPU flexible filament, my new respirator and, of course, experimenting. Made some cool things today. Fantastic plastic. #womeninart #3d #CreativeToots #mastoartist #ArtistsOfMastodon
