Well neat, I might move into the apartment next door since the plumbing just destroyed itself and sent water through the master bedroom and a closet. Thanks, decaying infrastructure.

OK, this is wild. Dude who once competed professionally in poker owns 28 apartment complexes, takes out a loan with a 7000% daily compounding interest... From an international arms dealer who was played in War Dogs by Jonah Hill...
Either way this negatively impacts slightly over 9900 #Oklahoma households across every major metro area in central and eastern Oklahoma.

A family friend has had to leave her apartment after two weeks without hot water and refusal to fix, and refusal to return deposit, plus racist responses to her concerns. She also said the landlady has more tenants in bad conditions in basement apartment too. Yikes.

Advice requested
Looking for advice on reporting illegal apartment and abusive landlord behaviour in Toronto - suggestions and tips welcome. I’ve never had to navigate this and her English is not strong, so want to provide good support.
