Man, Undertale is absolutely not the game for someone like me. It’s not great hours in, it’s genuinely just fine. The music sounds great… if you’ve not heard enough music. The story is fine, the characters are all quirky that you honestly have to be on the same wave to get.
I was in high school when this came out, I get why some impressionable and quirky people wanted to be “cool” like Sans but man is it ever cringy in both the game and in real life. The game that “defined a generation” is surely true. The definition of quirky. 3/10, the story isn’t brilliant and the game plays like an idea after the story and soundtrack. Doesn’t matter if that’s really true, it just feels like it.
