Born #OnThisDay 3 Jul 1894: Victor Lo Keong (Victor Low) New Zealand #Chinese #Anzac served with NZ Engineers Tunnelling Corps. He is celebrated for having surveyed the Bulford Kiwi at Sling Camp in 1919. He later worked for Ministry of Works in Wellington
