Human replied and said they couldn’t help. Instead I had to talk to their support robot. 🤦🏻♂️

Fine. Followed the link and talked to the support robot.

I told the robot its human said it needed to give me a refund. And it did, without question. All $119 of it. Making this month free.
Take that, company who forces me to resolve my disputes with robots.
