@hexamander@infosec.exchange it is a legal matter for lawyers and courts, for me erring on the side on caution is the most pragmatic path, in other words if the speed trap cameras help in any way then i can see them as being legal, states and communities should have some liberty, it is still somewhat murky legally, maybe there will be a precedent, until then the surveillance state is living in your head rent free. I look at it as possible safety overreach - it has to be decided on a case by case basis #heterodyne #k-band #accidents will happen
