@betelgeuse93@mastodon.uno @DarioZanette@mastodon.uno @ambiente ho guidato diverse auto GPL per molti anni, con una certa soddisfazione peraltro. Nessun limite ai blocchi del traffico ed estrema economicità di uso. L'autonomia purtroppo è il tallone d'Achille dato che i serbatoi sono per forza piccoli (difficile trovarne da più di 32litri a meno di non rinuciare al bagagliaio con dei serbatoi più grandi) e il fatto che il consumo a GPL sia un po' superiore rispetto a quello a benizina.

Un satellite impiega anche un minuto a coprire la volta visibile.Qui l'esposizione sembra di pochissimi secondi. Non c'è praticamente traccia di star trail. Credo sia una composizione di molte immagini. Inoltre i satelliti dovrebbero lasciare una scia continua. La scia tratteggiata è più tipica degli aereoplani che non dei satelliti.

Last time I installed a just released LTS (24.04 which I still use) it was crippled with bugs. It started to work well only 4-5 months later. Now it's rock solid and, you know I'm still a bit reluctant to change it...😅

@magi@mastodon.uno @linux uso Ubuntu con soddisfazione da molti anni. Anche la 24.04 al lancio ha avuto molti problemi di gioventù. Aspetterò ancora qualche mese prima di passare alla 26.04. I requisiti di ram rimangono bassissimi. 16gb sono oramai lo standard da 10 anni. 6gbyte si trovano su macchine che ne hanno anche 15.

La foto è bene esposta ma in realtà la parte dellla Terra che si vede è quella notturna. Si possono notare le luci delle città, la rifrazione dell'atmosfera nella parte in basso a dx e persino l'aurora polare sull'Antartide (che nella foto è in alto).

@opentitus @linux parlo da utente non avanzato (anzi...).
Mi ci trovo benissimo. Tutte le volte che c'è da installare qualche software specifico per Linux, vengono date istruzioni specifiche su al massimo 2 o 3 distro. Tra queste, Ubuntu non manca mai.
Poi, magari un giorno mi troverò ad usare qualche distro più orientata a questo o quell'argomento ma, da perenne utonto Linux, non vedo perché cambiare. 😁
