@Larvitz@burningboard.net I know it's nerdy, but #KDEItinerary is an app that can replace the DB Navigator for everything except buying tickets (which I do via bahn.de, then import the pdf). This, the bahn.expert site and https://gitlab.com/schmiddi-on-mobile/railway for quick connection lookups are my 3 companion apps/sites on every trip.

@jorge@hachyderm.io maybe someone else here enjoys this style of posts of yours, but I find them unnecessarily offending. I'm using various Linux distros and I'm deeply grateful for all the work their maintainers put into them. I'm also using bazzite as one of the universal blue images and that's also been a mostly pleasant experience, but posts like this don't make the project more attractive to me.

@mbonsma@mastodon.social well, before diving into all sorts of explanations here, why not state the obvious that the study contains *no* statistical significance analysis? So maybe we should just stick to: we cannot say whether the injury risk associated with e-biking is any different from that of regular biking?

#Bioinformatics question: I'm looking for an open-source command-line tool that would migrate genbank features. So given a genbank file and an alignment between the genbank sequence and another one, it should adjust the genbank features to their positions in the new sequence.

I'm not interested in any closed-source solutions and I cannot imagine there isn't a free solution to this, but I cannot find anything.

@bwegtBW @VerkehrsministeriumBW schade. Obwohl ich Euch nicht direkt gefolgt bin sind doch viele Eurer posts in meine timeline gespült worden. Gerade öffentliche Stellen und Unternehmen sollten Bürgern einen unkomplizierten Zugang zu Neuigkeiten über möglichst viele demokratisch vertretbare Kanäle anbieten und nicht nur nach likes schielen. So viel Arbeit macht das Bespielen eines Mastodon accounts ja auch wieder nicht.
