By making a font editor, I can finally fulfill a dream of mine: Say goodbye to the Mac platform. I’m not using it by choice (any more).

I have not been able to find better hardware, though.

Which is why I’m particularly looking forward to Asahi Linux’s upcoming early 2026 DisplayPort Alt-Mode driver integration (it’s a reverse-engineering project) so that I can finally use my big screens.

Linux on the M-series Macs is snappy!

The more of their work gets upstreamed into the Linux kernel, the more different distributions you will find that support the ARM Macs.

That’s a bright future.

@admin@typo.social I also have a concern: I believe I was unlawfully censored by you twice, because I believe you don’t have the judicial powers to limit my constitutional right to freedom of speech. I believe you have censored me *voluntarily* and I find that *deeply* concerning and unnerving given the severity of the topic at hand.

@admin@typo.social Yes, I have a question: What is "the law" regarding free speech on a decentralized platform regarding describing Israel’s "war" as genocide or a holocaust, or using the words concentration camp to describe decades of full blockade of Gaza, during an unfolding series of unconscionable events? This is a serious question. Despite me asking three times, you don’t have an answer.
