I overheard two people who are testing the next generation of one of our main systems.
A: I don't really know if it's supposed to do this or not.

My boss always means well, but sometimes she needs to be reminded that being inclusive also means allowing someone not to be included if that is their choice.
Details: My peers and I are being given a boon from my boss's boss's boss because of a couple mid-level miracles we've pulled off recently, but one of my peers desperately does not want to go.
