My husband made this little platter so we could celebrate Shark Week in style! Yes that is a Washington State Ferries boat with two cups from when the MLB All star game was here, each with a vodka soda... And then the sharks are filled with a red pomegranate liqueur! I love it when he does stuff like this, he makes me laugh!

It's funny but the first two times I was diagnosed with a life-threatening condition I reacted by doing healthier stuff. If there's a next time I plan to eat triple creme cheeses, drink bourbon, and loll around like a Hutt!!

My husband used the exact same recipe for chicken chile verde that I always use, but his came out different! Spicier and with the meat shredded more finely. This bowl is served over a lot of frozen veggies and some refried beans.

Nutrition is suffering again due to new job, I think I'm giving myself horrible stomach pain from eating only once a day sometimes. Will fall back to my tried and true kefir chia pudding, which is more a medicine than a food but it does help with the pain and it's full of fiber so it makes you feel full in just a few spoonfuls.
