I'm so tired of the racism spoof joke. Unbelievably lazy and wasn't ever funny either. It usually involves "calling someone out" for racism by way of misunderstanding or over-sensitivity.
"Because I'm black??" or "Racist!" is the typical punchline. There are a few others but none that are original after 40+ years of the same stupid joke.
Racists love this joke because it makes racism seem to be nothing but an exaggeration. I have no idea why non-racists would think this tired old trope is funny. It sucks.
