@icing@chaos.social An abusive relationship, even after you left it, gets you to question yourself, what might be wrong WITH YOURSELF and how you could have made it work if you had done this-or-that differently. Therapy then hopefully teaches you that flaying yourself like that is about perceived control of an uncontrollable system.
But I can imagine that mechanism of guilt to not handle things faster / better and not feeling adequate might be true about cURL security reports, too. Good thing you're executing self-care. <3
