But in the process of trying to settle on a line, I stumbled on one that’s perhaps a bit on point:

Pet Peeve: People who think Virgil Hawkins' superhero identity is "Static Shock".
That was the name of the cartoon. Virgil's superhero name is simply "Static".

I see the Steam summer sale has begun.
I've been playing "Heartspell: Horizon Academy", which is a match 3 game meets a visual novel.
I am reasonably certain I just finished the story, but the title screen tells me I'm only 52% complete.

Ok, when you visualize an asterisk (shift+8 on US keyboards), how many points does it have?
Because I've just noticed my keyboard shows a different number of points than I've ever considered.
You know, normally when someone complains about the goal posts moving, they are usually in the same arena - not counties or states away.
Timing, coincidence, luck… it happens sometimes.

The worst part may be it took 24 hours of “why is this song making me more emotional than I’d expect?” before I made the connection.
