After a while of working with Powershell, I think I'm starting to like it. The fact that it outputs objects instead of text is definitely not for everyone. In fact, I still find it kind of weird since I'm used to linux style piping. But in many instances it lets you do proper logic on the returned objects and not text parsing.
The fact that you can call Dotnet standard library in Powershell and even load your own Dotnet DLLs is kinda cool too. Imagine if you could load shared libs or static libs in Bash and just call the functions.
