I LOVE IT No idea about the music yet (only tiny snippets of it in the trailer), but the trailer itself is freaky and amazing. Apparently all those weird alternate versions of the members are CGI, not AI?? I don't have any solid evidence for that, but other commenters are saying it, and I'm crossing my fingers that they're right. Anyway: so many gender-swapped versions of everyone! This new TEST video from skz is supposed to be a found-footage horror thing that, um, isn't that scary, but they're having fun, bless them.

Seungmin has had to reduce his appearance in most skz content cos he wasn't resting enough and his ankle wasn't getting better, but he still manages to get a split second appearance in this one. It was tricky to slow it down enough to grab the single frame where the 'reactor' morphs into Seungmin sitting at the same desk and wearing the same shirt.

Don't know what it means but I'd like to imagine that Seungmin is a terrifying villain who is somehow orchestrating whatever scary things are happening.

I'm halfway through episode 48 of #ChansRoom and wasn't expecting it to become one of my favourites.

I'd somehow forgotten how much fun #Felix can be when he's silly and random.

This is the episode in which he presents the egg that someone gave him. (The provenance of the egg remains a mystery to this day.) I have seen Felix's mystery egg in many compilations but hadn't seen it in context before. It makes about as much sense in context as out of it.

Today at work I showed one of my colleagues some photos of my kpop children, including this photo of #BangChan from an awards show performance last year.

My colleague commented with surprise on the size of his muscles, as if they did not expect such a thing of anyone in kpop.

I didn't pick this photo with his muscles in mind, it just happened to be the most recent photo of Channie that I'd saved on my phone. Mostly because of the expression and the nose and the lips.

Perhaps I have become kinda desensitised to it??

Oh yeah, it's a day ending in a Y, and Christopher's showing off his muscles again.

#BangChan saw a video of a cat watching his livestream. so, at the end of this episode, he does some things intended to entertain any cats and dogs that might be watching.

I don't have any cats or dogs nearby to test it on, but it does really seem like something cats and/or dogs would be intrigued by.

today, after brunch, @sharpestrose.bsky.social said they wanted to go look in I Heart Kpop without any specific goals in mind.

as always, I'm easily persuaded to go to I Heart Kpop. Somehow I keep giving them more money in exchange for goods.

They rarely have the full-size official skzoos on the shelves (usually only pre-orders), but today they had 3 Jinirets and a single FoxINy. So I took this as a sign from the universe that I needed to bring FoxINy home with me to join his canid bros.

(It's the first time that I've seen Jiniret as the last one in stock -- he usually goes pretty fast. Sorry Jiniret!)

(I have a minor gripe that the MV was edited to suggest Han's playing the guitar solo, when it's clear from other parts of the MV that he's playing rhythm guitar.) (actually i'd like to know more about the other musicians in the video, and how the song was recorded. it seems like more of a rock band sound than we normally get from any of skz.)
