@nixCraft@mastodon.social gentoo linux here. Yes it’s a maintenance nightmare if you leave it for many months but I’ve been on it for years now and no problems. I find it to be my endgame as I’ve stopped distro hopping after I landed on it.

@nixCraft@mastodon.social hate that about the cloud. This is the reason why when going “cloud”. Suddenly you need like 4 different monitoring frameworks just to track some basic stuff.
