But if an LLM regurgitates closed-source code from its training data, I just can’t see any way how that would be the developer’s fault…
showing what would happen when the llm regurgitates open source code into close source projects.

For anything like this, some people will post it satirically and some people will post it authentically.
Seriously though, one of the major smartwatch manufacturers made a smartwatch in retro style like this but it didn’t sell.

Could you say a few more words about this? In what situations do you have to write ‘unsafe-tagged’ code blocks? Could this be changed by improvements to the compiler? Or is it necessitated by the type of task being done by the code?
