It's -42 degrees tonight & a local radio station did an entire show about the homeless situation in our city, the warming shelters that are open & how we need to do so much more to help the homeless population get off the streets...permanently
Why is it that we wait until people are LITERALLY freezing to death to actually have a meaningful conversation on this topic???
Why can't we care about people BEFORE they start dying from actual preventable circumstances???
