@ratgrrl @jeffjarvis One could argue it's the fault of both sides -- misuse or misunderstanding on the public's side but also a lack of adequate notice on OpenAI's side. They specifically state, "[ChatGPT] may occasionally generate incorrect or misleading information" which implies it also regularly generates accurate and factual information.
