@esoterra Ah, sorry to hear that. I don't have any influence over MDN editorial policies unfortunately.

We’re building a user-friendly WebAssembly language reference on MDN!

Want to help make Wasm more accessible? We’re looking for technical writers and reviewers to join the project.

Start here if you're interested: https://github.com/mdn/mdn/issues/821

@wingo@mastodon.social @mjk@hachyderm.io Always good to be the best of the worst :) I'd take a look at JetStream (https://github.com/webkit/jetstream) It's moved to an open governance model and is open to new workloads. We want workloads to be representative of real content, so there's a medium-to-high bar to be a default workload. But we'd also like to have experimental workloads that browsers can run optionally, and have a permissive policy for that.

@wingo@mastodon.social Interesting! Spidermonkey has done almost no optimization for tail calls. There could be some low hanging fruit there. One hard part is saving/restoring Instance state across tail calls. We biased our ABI towards normal calls at the expense of tail calls

free-solo climbing is cool and all, but have you ever had to carry 2000 lines of uncommitted code on your clipboard while rewriting a different file?

Does anyone have recommendations for a good pre-built desktop build machine? System76 looks neat, but I’ve never had one before.

Interested in getting involved in WebAssembly standards?

The JS type reflection proposal needs a champion! Mentorship would be available. We'd love to see new folks in wasm standards.

Current proposal is here: https://github.com/WebAssembly/js-types/

Have you ever wanted to learn about the architecture of a production JS engine? This video by Luke Wagner on SpiderMonkey is a great start. It's from a 2018 Mozilla event, and was just made public. Most of the details are still accurate AFAIK. https://mozilla.hosted.panopto.com/Panopto/Pages/Viewer.aspx?id=14c5c021-e5d7-4604-ae5f-ac32013870a1
