There needs to be a study of voters (like those in New York) who refuse to fire Chuck Schumer and Hakeem Jeffries. It has to be that both of them throw lots of money and beneficial projects to their home districts, and these voters just won't see the forest for the trees. Like, the country is bigger than New York.
