@zzt@mas.to simply add the line options snd_hda_intel power_save=0 power_save_controller=N to /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf and delete .local/state/wireplumber. Also stop using all your usb 2.0 ports. That should-- oh that didn't help? Motherboard swap time ig

I've discovered that the VSTs crashing was never a reaper issue. However that doesn't excuse all the other crashing reaper liked to do

so far it has crashed fewer times (0 times) than my copy of reaper would have to create that file. however I am still too scared to add an external vst
