@ingo_wichmann Naja, sie können meines Erachtens nicht verlangen, dass einerseits das Trademark nach 7(b) erhalten bleibt und anderseits nach 7(e) verbieten, dass dieses in Derivaten benutzt wird. Also ich würd ja meinen, dass ein geschütztes "Product logo" eben weder als "specified reasonable legal notices" noch als "author attributions" gilt und das damit im Sinne von Abschnitt 7 als nichtige Einschränkung einfach entfernt werden kann. @krasse_eloquenz@literatur.social ich missionier auch nur mehr ungern und belass es eigentlich dabei nicht selber dienste wie telegram und discord zu verwenden und nur mehr über signal für andere erreichbar zu sein (ab und zu empfehl ich noch die verwendung von passwortmanagern). zu linux überrede ich auch niemanden mehr, weil ich ohnehin schon genug it-support mache. also wenn dann bleibt es lediglich bei einer empfehlung, falls ein laptop / rechner zu alt ist für windows 11 oder mac updates...
