Yep, I think the dose makes the poison in these cases, a judicious spritz definitely avoids overwhelm.
I’ve also found some summery fragrances can take on an icy quality in winter too
I think that’s one of the interesting things with fragrance, different temperatures and seasons can reveal different facets
