Okay so we have rotating responsibilities in my team, right, we have like a weekly role that makes you be the one who has to check the error logs for incidents or supervise deployments

My boss is thinking about replacing the honestly stupid nomination system for the rotation via AI

I cannot fucking fathom this. A calendar would do. This fucking rotation of responsibilities is something jobs have had for ages, what value will a self-hosted AI system have except I guess satisfy management that "we're using AI"
