Pushing two buttons at the same time is not a problem. But that's not all that's needed: there's talk of plugging in USB cables at both ends while holding said buttons, which may or may not turn out to be very fiddly; and of releasing the two buttons immediately on a particular visual cue - if "immediately" means "within 300 milliseconds" that's fine, if it means "within 100 microseconds" it's likely a problem.
