@kirschner @techlore @fsfe @pjitendra i also largely see this as unenforceable (as stated regarding the UK in this piece) https://circumstances.run/@hipsterelectron/116266785368730233 but i'm very concerned about how readily this US provision has caused european software providers to introduce changes into their software to comply.
