@irene oof. I carded a 40 yr old woman, then dug a deeper hole with some defensive comment looping in the other/older woman in their double-date party… their younger sister. Of course.
In my defense, I checked IDs at this bar because I *sucked* at idle social chit chat, and it forced a couple hundred lessons per weekend.
