At what point does something go from a “website” to a “web app”?
Obvs a static site like eff.org is the former & a radio.garden is the latter, but what about my favorite little utility sites like https://myminifactory.github.io/Fast-Quadric-Mesh-Simplification/ or https://send.djazz.se/ or https://removelinebreaks.net/ or even bookmarklets in the case of ANDI? https://www.ssa.gov/accessibility/andi/help/install.html
