Need your help, #DigiPres folks: do you have a "deposit station" where people can bring you digital content on external devices (hard disks, USB sticks, DVD, CD etc.)?
If yes:
1. Desktop computer or laptop?
2. Unix or Windows?
3. Offline or on a separate network? If offline, how do you deal with software & virus definition updates?
4. One or several antivirus programs? Which one in particular?
5. Any other recommendation?
