All those symptoms are also explainable by chronic sleep deprivation brought on by compulsive behavior.
My mom's friend got like that when she got Tetris on a Gameboy in the 90s. "She's addicted to Tetris" and was always tired and distracted.
Hell I'm like that right now because of Slay the Spire 2, all on my own, no chatbot needed.
