Forcing childless people to have more unscheduled days off because parents get priority on scheduling PTO is unfair to those without kids. But it isn’t parents fault that your employer is being unfair to you. Your employer could just as easily staff more people and allow as much time off for childless people as parents. But you’re not yelling about employers, you’re yelling about how parents shouldn’t have children.
