Or… Hear me out.. You could learn to say no to extra work yourself. Force the employer to hire the adequate number of employees to cover the shifts that they want covered. That’s what their fucking job is. Don’t do it for them by being a pushover. Don’t blame the parents for doing what you should be doing.
