idk what's going on in your server but the legal jeopardy is interesting. Does the law even know we exist? The US is mostly making surveillance deals with centralized platforms & cloud services. For such an un-walled garden like fedi, the extent to which nobody really sees our discourse is hilarious.
Although if I'm wrong & a server has had to shut down bc their users are wishing death upon despicable war-mongering predators or whatever, I'm interested to know more about that.
