@hopeless @etsyy @jk @kolya Alternatively: consider that reporting problems ("seeking support") is also a form of contribution, and one that often isn't recognized as such because it's "not technical" or whatever other gatekeeping nonsense. There's a difference between 'reporting issues' and 'demanding a fix by next business day for zero dollars' of course, but part of that "users are leeches" attitude is precisely that these get heaped together as if they're the same thing, and they're not.
