Contradiction on Extending Sanctions Waivers for Oil
U.S. Treasury Secretary Bessent stated the U.S. would not renew waivers on Russian and Iranian oil, but shortly after, the Treasury issued a new license extending relief on Russian oil sanctions for an additional month.
