just saw in a trans forum the question of how long you need to be on feminising HRT before you can breastfeed. the answer is, at least in theory, zero!
while it's harder to induce and the amount will be much lesser, even *cis men* can, through hard work, breastfeed.

HRT helps of course. you'll have more breast tissue in which to induce lactation. but all of us have at least a tad breast tissue, which can be made to lactate.
