I have been linking specific posts on my BlueSky and Twitter on my Pixiv posts for ages and both accounts are filled of uncensored stuff and I never had an issue. If they ever get mad at you, they just suspend the account and tell you to change whatever is wrong (Without telling you what's wrong lol). An issue I actually had was saying that people would get a version without mosaic and they told me to not say that.
