You also have to avoid using words that hint at incest or loli in the titles, stuff like "Aunt and niece (12) get fucked by a babysitter" has to be more subtle, like "Babysitter's turn". I also avoid using words like loli even inside the work itself, but I think Pixiv is more worried about words that can trigger bots (which doesn't happen if they're inside the images). If all you want is a place to post your work for people to support you, it works great.
