Are you the type of person who thinks it sanitary to wash your hands in the toilet water? Yeah, the stalls lock but the sink is outside the lockable stall. Just a toilet and door.

Toilet??? The hell are you talking about? xD IMO quite simple: Enter restroom Lock stall Do your business Unlock stall Wash hands (please with soap and in the sink) Exit restroom So where again are you washing your hands in the toilet bowl?

You’re misunderstanding them. They don’t want to spend any more time than needed in a multi-use restroom because they’re trans. In multi-use restrooms the sinks are in the common area of the restroom.
