Then came the Facilitator Call. Our passionate facilitators are already deep into co-designing what p4a26 will feel like, starting with a pre-event session built around game mechanics you'll get to experience and hack together, plus a storyline running through the whole event. First was our Info & Warm-Up Session for p4a26 "From Friction to Flow." Small crowd (summer vibes 🏝️), relaxed energy, exactly right. Core topic: it's not a conference with a fixed program, it's a frame. You fill it. Bring a question you're curious about. Bring a half-formed idea and co-design it with people who'll feel like old friends by day two. Or bring nothing and see what happens. All of it works. (2/5)
