@phelan@mastodon.ie I'm not questioning their intentions; I know too little about them to pass judgement on that. I am simply pointing out that, when it comes to data protection, they currently do not deliver what they promised. In the best of cases, their go-live was rushed and no one checked that all preliminary tasks were fully completed and/or that the website reflects that. In the worst of cases, the positions they list are currently vacant and they have chosen to launch anyway. Whatever the case may be, the outcome makes me wonder what other steps they've rushed or skipped.

@phelan@mastodon.ie There's a bit of a gap between what they say they're doing (i.e., respect EU & UK GDPR) and what they're actually doing (i.e., not providing identifiable and contactable data controllers for EU and UK users).
