Had a user yesterday claiming our CAD software is bad because the imported dwg showed wrong diameters.
"In #autocad (which we dont actually have) they are fine". I fact checked that, but what made me suspicious was that they were all off by a factor of ~25.
So I checked the units.
Seems like Autocad happily showed inches without any warning to the user, that it's not the default.
Where as our CAD just assumed mm as it should.
